Yoga Class for the Dancer
Free Yoga classes for the dancer Thursdays 7:30-8:30
Join Ms Ashley in her first yoga class as a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. In this class we will safely strengthen and lengthen muscles to help aid recovery from dance traumas, overuse, and to gain flexibility and strength. This class is for ages 13+ and we ask your dancer to bring a small blanket and pillow to help them in restorative yoga poses. Sign up is in the office, we hope to see you all there!
